SPM-1920: RTC-Callback (Cosmetic and existing base defects)

Following issues are covered

1.UJNI-90-Review Harness-Alignment Issue (screen attached)

Note : Same Issue observed in Provider Interaction

 

2. RTC-Callback - Now/Schedule flow - Customer section -Callback number is not updating with latest value

Issue : RTC-Callback - Now/Schedule flow - Customer section -Callback number is not updating with latest value 

Steps to reproduce : 

  1. Launch RTC-Callback 
  2. Select Now , Provide International  phone number 
  3. Verify document callback screen - Resolution = Contact made -Further action required 
  4. In Next schedule callback section - change the international phone number & Extension 
  5. Submit the screen 
  6. Pick form work list 
  7. Customer section -verify the callback number . The latest value is not updated 

Note : This issue is observed for both Now & Schedule flow 

3.PBBA - RTC-Callback - Perform harness - Customer section- inconsistent fields between Now & Schedule flow

Issue : RTC-Callback - Customer section inconsistent between Now & Schedule flow

Steps to Reproduce :

  1. Launch RTC-Callback
  2. Select Now
  3. Verify Document callback resolution screen - Select Resolution = Unsuccessful -No Message left
  4. Enter all mandatory fields and submit
  5. Pick the WO from user’s work list
  6. Verify the customer section

 

Issue 6

Issue : callback-Now-verify contact screen - page level validations are not in sentence casing

steps to reproduce :

  1. Launch RTC
  2. callback screen 
  3. select = Now
  4. verify contact screen 
  5. contact name, NPI, Member name is not in sentence casing

Issue 5

Time zone, start time, end time values are not recording in RTC Review Harness when “Unsuccessful” options are selected in the “Callback attempt” dropdown in the Verify Contact and Document Callback Resolution screen.

Steps to recreate for member interaction: 
Open Member interaction
Select RTC – Callback 
Schedule a callback
Open the work object from the worklist
Select Unsuccessful (either option)
Save to worklist
Open review harness for the RTC service request

Steps to recreate for provider interaction: 
Open provider interaction
Select RTC – Callback 
Schedule a callback
Open the work object from the worklist
Select Unsuccessful (either option)
Select Yes or No to the question “Do you need to send a letter?”
Submit
Open review harness for the RTC service request

  1. Create Another work object RTC-Callback
  2. Select Schedule
  3. Pick from Work list
  4. Verify Document callback resolution screen -Select resolution =Select Resolution = Unsuccessful -No Message left
  5. Enter all mandatory fields and submit
  6. Pick the WO from user’s work list
  7. Compare the Customer section of Both the work objects .
  8. Time Zone , State Time , End time fields are missing in work object -Now Flow

Note : As per DD , no condition specified to hide fields for RTC-Callback now flow 

 

4. PBBA-UJNI-176Callback-Now-Schedule-Verify contact and Document callback Resolution-at work list previous verify options are getting retained

Issue : Previous verify options are getting retained , for the below fields vaues are getting retained when we are picking from worklist

  • contact name
  • continue with a different contact (contact name,NPI,member name,DOB)
  • continue without verification (dropdown)

Steps to reproduce :

  1. RTC-callback
  2. Select =Now
  3. Verify contact and Document callback Resolution screen
  4. select callback resolution dropdown="Unsuccessful - Left message(person or voicemail)" - select all the verifications and submit 
  5. pick from work list
  6. prior verification options are getting retained
