Currently, the VIP (Very Important Person) Indicator and Blue Shield Plan Codes are not included in the Distributed Enrollment (DE) Incremental (Daily) and Full Files (Monthly) that the various Plans receive. Effective September 24, 2022, the DE File logic for both the Daily and Monthly, will be modified to populate the VIP Indicator to acknowledge/identify Enrollment Contracts with the VIP members listed. The Blue Shield Plan Codes will be added to each segment to help Blue Shield Plan Codes Identify their Enrollment contracts.
To support this request, NCompass will need to ensure that the VIPs (Very Important Persons) are secured and that an icon displays on the member record alerting the user that they are viewing a VIP contract. Security will also need to be addressed to ensure that those that are able to service VIPs are able and those who do not are restricted.
