SPM-3005: Group/Broker/Multi-Contract Flow - Post Day 2 enhancements

SPM-355 developed the initial releases of G/B/MC in Live and Non Live. This SPM is being opened to keep track of enhancements needed post release:

1. Base API enhancements to facilitate Group Search/Group tab population

2. Review Harness updates for Group number/name

3. Enable 4th option for End discussion - Next Action to Switch member

4. Restrict End Discussion Primary Reason dropdown options to Member in Focus intents only

5. Review Header Alerts/Repeat Caller Message to enable functionality (currently suppressed.

6. From NB-5933: Issue1 : contact notes - Filter button is Inconsistent between perform harness and Review harness

Steps to reproduce:

1. 1. Live Interaction Member - Group/Broker/Multi-contract

   2. Member 360 A

   3. Member 360 B

   4. Review Harness screen

   5. Log section

   6. Contact notes

   7. Apply filter and click on post checkbox

   8. Tab out

   9. Again open contact notes

   10. Filter is getting refreshed

   11. Inconsistent behavior between perform harness and review harness
