Enhance 'dropdown' or 'type-ahead' lists of User Names to ensure they include all available Users. Evaluate options to ensure the best possible user experience due to large volume of Users (multiple plans have over 5000 users available)
Include: Create a new widget that will allow NCompass user to search for other users with their First and Last name OR user ID. This solution will allow Users to assign/route work to any other user when plan User volumes are over current limitation barriers in dropdown or type ahead fields.
