This SPM will be used to perform a review of Inbound Corr - Provider NL and complete any enhancements identified for the Product
Include evaluation and appropriate updates related to SPM-2258 submitted by enGen:
- An issue has been identified when NCompass calls the Provider API, the API fails, and no data is retrieved to properly route the work item. This is resulting in mis-directed work items and inventory backlogs. An additional check, using the existing Member API is being requested to resolve this issue.
This request is a change control to the original project already in progress.
