Requesting the following enhancements to Get Advisories:
1. Standardize appearance of Get Advisories between Base and Plan layers
2. Display links in Admin Portal/Get Advisories in the same order they are configured in Content Management (by Sequence Number).
3. Update Admin Portal/Get Advisories so users have the same experience as the API. In Admin Portal/Get Advisories, the fields should be required or optional fields to match what is required or optional in the API.
4. Revisit the Digital design to see if another option is available for selecting the Recommended Action and associated Outcome in Admin Portal/Get Advisories.
