Requesting the following Content Management Configuration enhancements:
1. For Phone Channel, default the font style to Verdana and the font size to 14, so that when Users configure text they do not need to manually select the recommended font/font size.
2. Restrict ability to duplicate priority configurations for advisories within the same advisory profile name (application), so that Users are not able to configure multiple advisories with the same priority for the same application. (Example: as a User, I am unable to enter the priority of 500 for NCompass application for more than one advisory)
