SPM-2816: Scratch Pad Enhancements - Include standard fields that will be captured and populated to the Interaction
Add Fields to the Scratch Pad area where Users can document certain data that will be captured and added to the Interaction. Such as: Caller Name Caller Number Member Name Member ID Final list TBD
