SPM-1978: View Statement of Payments

This story is for displaying the statement of payments

Given that I am a user (CSR, etc.) and navigated to member 360 and launched the View totals intents

1. User should be able to view Statement of Payment under Other Actions

2. On selecting from Other Action, user selects to be able to view statement of payment for a given date range

3. User should be able to export the statement of payment in an excel

4. User should be able to export the statement of payment in a pdf
