SPM-1977: Manage Claims - Restore Purged Claim

Scope involves workflow changes and fixing existing regression defects

Regression_ Restore Purged Claim_ Radio Button Selection and Claim Not Found Error Issue (Refer SPM-2275)

1. Restore Purged Claim_ Radio Button selection
2. When I double click claim number from select summarized claim screen, an error displays that indicates Claim Not Found (see attachment). Unsure if this is related to not being able to select the radio button, but this and any other issues must be resolved for this intent, including executing the service to restore the claim in NPS.
