SPM-1787: PID & Follow-up - Create PID (Problem ID) and other PID updates

Evaluate PID & Follow-up - Create PID (Problem ID) to determine if any optimization will be needed for this feature in the NCompass Base Product.

Other PID updates:
This SPM will be combined with 3 other PID SPM'S(SPM-1471, SPM-1581, and SPM-1582 - note - these SPM's are being canceled with descriptions added into this one.

Original SPM-1421: Unable to create PID for Blue Card contracts

Some PIDs are moving to broken process. The PID PID-21430 shows as resolved-invalid status but it is still open since we see it in the worklist / bulk reassign. When we open the PID we see a flow error. The issue was analyzed by NCSC under IN16818801 and NCSC response attached. 

SPM-1471: Unable to create PID for Blue Card contracts

We are unable to create PID for host contracts. When we use claim summary we get the blue screen and when we use line summary we get the error "Please correct fields before proceeding. The issue started after 6/12/23 since we last created a PID successfully on 6/12 PID-22007. We are unable to create PID with same contract claim anymore. The issue was analyzed by NCSC under IN16824773. See attached.

SPM-1581: Create PID Request Line Summary: Collapse Line details on default
Cloned from NMB-3110 since the change was done only for manage claims and missed the create PID requests. This story is to do the same for create PID request intent.

On the Line Summary tab of claim search for Create PID, collapse the line details by default.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. On the Line Summary tab of claim search for Create PID, line details are collapsed by default
    2. When the user expands the line, all details are rendered correctly
    3. User is able to filter results on screen
    4. User is able to land on claim details
    5. Member selection should not collapse or expand claims

SPM-1582:  Confirmation message issue for PIDs

Issue1: We are getting the routing confirmation message that “Work was successfully routed to Member servicing workbasket” after submitting “Coordinate PID resolution” screen but actually the create PID work object is routed to Call in pricing workbasket.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Launch the create PID intent and perform Add PID claim.
  2. Submit the intent and the WO will be routed to member servicing workbasket.
  3. Pick the WO from the member servicing workbasket and submit the screen.
