PO Enhancements:
- Add columns to the search results grid: Patient DOB, Member ID, Header Rejection Message
- Move the Reviewed (Rvwd) column (checkbox) all the way to the left side of the grid
- Add ability, within the Search Results, to identify claims that require Adjustment
- Add a Adjustment (Adj) column (checkbox) next to Rvwd column
- Add a section (Selected Claims) that will include all claims that are selected/checked as Reviewed or Adjust, from the search results section
- this section will retain selected claims over various searches, as long as claims have not be de-selected (this is the same logic that HMHS currently has in their flow)
- Add ability to initiate the Adjustment Flow from the Select Claim UI, single or multiple claims. All claims in the Selected Claim section that have a check in the Adjustment column will be routed to the Adjust Claim flow.
- If one single claim has been selected for Adjustement - check with Lori - skip View Details and go directly to adjustment flow?
- If one single claim has been selected but not adjusted - it will be display View Details flow - note - no change in flow
- If multiple claims has been selected for adjustment - skip View Details and go directly to Adjust claim
- Multiple screens impacted - need to do analysis to determine all impacted screens and downstream affects
*Note: This SPM pertains to existing complex Adjustment Flow. A separate SPM will be submitted to include the ability to select multiple claims for the Simple / Real-time adjustment flow in NCompBase.
