Issue: Audit trail history incorrectly displays "Created from service intent " when view authorization is initiated from Add task and not a service intent.
Note: This was found in MA and is inherited from commercial. Reference MMAN-4098
Steps to recreate:
Launch View Authorizations from the Add Task Menu
Close the View Authorization service request
Open the Review harness
Open the History
From SPM-1682/SPM-1107:
Users will have the ability to use Date search options (From date and To date) in the Authorization File tab and the Care advance tab in View Authorizations for Member and Provider interactions.
