REQ 1: Flow is customized in Plan. Need to check if other plans are using this. Will need to standardize. If the system selects the member based on the First name and DOB, NCompass will bypass this Member Search screen.
Q for Nacim Kacan : Why does plan want to remove this question? Is the CSR expected to know who to contact?
REQ 2: Specialized for HZ RouteToInitiateOutboundScreen same copy exists at nasco layer. System is currently using first name, last name and DOB as the search criterias.
Q for Nacim Kacan : Should MI keep last name as part of the system member search?
REQ 3: HCMemberSearch / HCSelectMember Flow is customized in plan. This change is only for Plan layer.
Confirmed by Bhavin Barot that this option is already in Base.
Additional Question: Verify Member Screen - This is not part of the requirement but is part of the flow. This is an existing screen for a normal flow.

Reviewed Requirements 6-9 in today's Product Review call:
REQ 6: Update CAMPAIGN field from Campaign to Details:
Bhavin Barot Angela Miller to create an SPM to update this in Base 8.7.
Will be update Plan Layer 8.2.
REQ 7: Update messaging in Initiate Outbound Call screen.

Check with Nacim Kacan if plan can wait for 8.7.
REQ 8: Remove Contact name from Initiate Outbound Call screen.
This does not exist in the Base layer. Will be removed in the Plan layer 8.2.
REQ 9: Edit the message displayed after user Initiates Call.

Reviewed Requirements 10-13 in today's Product Review call:
REQ 10: If user selects Yes to Were you able to reach someone by phone? add Contact field below Yes/No as a required field.
Create an SPM to add this item to Base's backlog for evaluation. Angela Miller
Check with Nacim Kacan if plan can wait for 8.7. (for the entire outbound call campaign flow).
REQ 11: For HMO, remove address verification and add message at the top: Follow verification procedures for HMO contracts.
This will not be updated in Base.
REQ 12: If user selects No to Were you able to reach someone by phone? continue to Complete Call Campaign screen, but remove the following options from Disposition drop-down list:
Successful
Customer Request Callback
Customer Request Do Not call
This will not be updated in Base.
REQ 13: If user selects No to Were you able to reach someone by phone, do not auto-queue advisories .
