SPM-1721: Enhance Spell Check for inbound email interactions so that it reflects additional, traditional Spell Check functions

Enhance Spell Check for inbound email interactions so that it reflects additional, traditional Spell Check functions included in other applications (such as MS Word). Examples of issues seen with Spell Check in NCompass today include:
1. Application flags legitimate words, including medical terminology, as errors (e.g., colonoscopy, gastroenterology).
2. Application does NOT flag extra spaces as errors (agents are currently being cited by Quality for extra spaces, but the current Spell Check application does not pick up on them).

*This has been flagged by leadership as a high priority item, and we are working to include this as part of the Email Us enhancement bundle. Previous ticket (INC2280544) was logged for the same but closed out due to no response from the service requester - however, this is part of a broader ask across all Email Us teams that needs to stay open/have an enhancement created, so we are now logging this new ticket - please do not close.*
