SPM-2869: NCSW Worksheets on Other Interactions tab

This SPM is to fix any existing issues in displaying the NCSW worksheet on the interaction tab. Also enhancing the worksheet to display data for other plans. Currently NCSW worksheet is connected to MI service

Existing issue found as follows

Issue 3 : While exporting NCSW worksheet to excel , Finalized date is not matching on what is displayed in the screen
