MO experiences delays when presenting certain data that causes issues when providing demos.
Two specific examples of this are as follows:
- When a Workbasket is created, it sometimes shows up immediately in Create Workgroup dropdown and other times experiences a delay in showing up.
- SLA’s experienced the same delays randomly - at times the SLA was updated in the expecting minutes and other times it was delayed in updating the SLA.
MO needs to function consistently for demo purposes.
