This effort will include an overall enhancement to the Manage Claims Alternate paths. this changes are being identified via SIG made up of NASCP Product, MI, Mass, HZN.
Include review and fix/enhance the following issues, originally identified in other SPMs:
SPM-1032
- Please estimate the fix for when multiple claims are being adjusted and the user adjusts any claims after the 1st one the post adjustment claim is showing as the primary (1st) claim adjusted as the post adjustment claim # and showing under View Results, Finalize screen, claim summary, claims details, line selection and line details.
- Looks to be UI cache issue, the subsequent claim adjustments are done correctly in NASCO system, but is just not showing the correct adjusted claim details on screen. Please review screenshots in attachment.
SPM-1422
- Users receiving error message "The Flow Action post-processing transform rule PostExceptionPath failed: Failed to find instance BCBSM-CS-CSD-Work-DisputeClaim-Member.PostExceptionPath" when attempting to adjust claims information within NCompass. The user gets the message "Advise customer to allow additional processing days.". Then when they click on submit to close it they get the error message and the claim gets stuck on their worklist. Only way to close is to move to ready for clean up. It seems the issue was caused by base migration. See NCSC analysis for IN16819831.
