1. Integration team’s recommendation is to build and consume one target API for AI.me data needs instead of leveraging multiple NCompass APIs.
a. Current approach is to reuse NCompass APIs and Pega code as much as possible to reduce AI.me implementation costs.
b. Team to identify core data needs and build new target API instead of relying on NCompass CSS APIs (some of them are data rich and heavy)
c. This will streamline and improve Phone channel response times as well.
d. Add to product backlog and prioritize as part of future release roadmap
