Need to enhance the PMA Closure reports as follows:
Issue found during testing of AIME-1585 where PMA was selected on 2/20/24, but there was not an Accept record and then advisory retriggers and PMA selected again on 2/22/24 where Accept record was in IH on 2/22/24. In this scenario, the 2/20/24 PMA record should not be on the report (see screenshot 2).
Need to change report so that if PMA is selected and no Accept record is found before the next PMA outcome is selected for a given advisory, then the PMA without an Accept record does NOT display in the report, but the PMA with the Accept record DOES display.
Also, when exported to PDF, there should be lines separating the rows of data, similar to how the export to PDF works on the other reports
