NASCO analyzed the issue and gave BCBSM 2 options. BCBSM has determined they want to go with Option 2 : MI DX portal to call the NASCO synchronous version of this API. The synchronous version is a 1 step process wherein a single call to the service will return the response. There will be effort to switch code to call this different API and test it end to end to ensure there is no impact to existing flow.
